克拉霉素联用硝呋太尔栓治疗非淋菌性宫颈炎疗效评价

【摘要】：目的研究分析评价克拉霉素联用硝呋太尔栓治疗非淋菌性宫颈炎的疗效。方法选取我院在2015年6月至2016年6月间收治的非淋菌性宫颈炎患者116例为研究对象,随机等分为对照组和实验组,对照组患者仅采取克拉霉素进行治疗,实验组患者采取克拉霉素与硝呋太尔栓联合治疗的方法,比较两组患者的疗效、病原体的清除率。结果实验组患者治疗总有效率91.38%显著高于对照组患者治疗总有效率70.69%。实验组患者病原体清除率93.10%显著高于对照组72.41%以上两组数据比较,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论克拉霉素与硝呋太尔栓联合治疗非淋菌性宫颈炎病原体清除率高,疗效显著,值得在临床上推广应用。
[Abstract]:Objective to study and evaluate the efficacy of clarithromycin combined with nifutrel suppository in the treatment of nongonococcal cervicitis. Methods 116 patients with nongonococcal cervicitis admitted in our hospital from June 2015 to June 2016 were randomly divided into control group and experimental group. The control group was treated with clarithromycin only. Patients in the experimental group were treated with clarithromycin and nifurotrel suppositories, and the efficacy and pathogen clearance rate were compared between the two groups. Results the total effective rate was 91.38% in the experimental group and 70.69% in the control group. The pathogen clearance rate of the experimental group was 93.10% significantly higher than that of the control group (72.41%). The difference was statistically significant (P0.05). Conclusion Clarithromycin combined with nifurotrel suppository has a high clearance rate in the treatment of nongonococcal cervicitis and is worth popularizing in clinic.
