输卵管通畅度检查方法评价

【摘要】：正不孕症女性生育力的评估主要包括卵巢储备功能、输卵管通畅度和子宫内膜容受性,鉴于输卵管性不孕在女性不孕中占30%~50%,因此,准确评估输卵管结构及功能状态极为重要。输卵管通畅度检查的主要目的是检查输卵管是否通畅、了解宫腔和输卵管腔的形态及输卵管的阻塞部位,以及与周围组织的解剖关系,为确定输卵管性不孕的治疗方案提供依据。常用的方法有输卵管通液术、子宫输卵管X线造影、子宫输卵管超声造影、腹腔镜检查及宫腔镜检查术。
[Abstract]:The evaluation of fertility in women with positive infertility mainly includes ovarian reserve function, fallopian tube patency and endometrial receptivity. Since oviduct infertility accounts for 30% of female infertility, therefore, It is very important to evaluate the structure and function of fallopian tube accurately. The main purpose of the oviduct patency examination is to check whether the fallopian tube is patency, to understand the shape of uterine cavity and tubal cavity, the location of obstruction of fallopian tube, and the anatomical relationship with surrounding tissues. To provide the basis for the treatment of tubal infertility. The common methods include salpingostomy, hysterosalpingography, laparoscopy and hysteroscopy.
