不同生理阶段更年期综合征患者Kupperman评分、体内激素和内分泌代谢指标的比较

【摘要】：目的探讨不同生理阶段更年期综合征(MS)患者Kupperman评分及体内激素和内分泌代谢指标水平。方法采用回顾性队列研究的方法随机选取该院门诊MS病例,根据患者情况分为绝经前期、围绝经期、绝经后期三组,每组40例,比较并分析三组的Kupperman评分及体内激素和内分泌代谢指标。结果绝经后期患者Kupperman评分高于围绝经期和绝经前期患者,且在不同年龄和婚姻状况间的差异均有统计学意义(P0.05),不同生理阶段患者体内激素水平变化明显,且空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后血糖(PBG)和总胆固醇(TC)在不同生理阶段患者体内的差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论不同生理阶段MS患者的Kupperman评分不同,且体内激素及糖脂代谢出现异常。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the Kupperman score, hormone and endocrine metabolism in (MS) patients with climacteric syndrome at different physiological stages. Methods retrospective cohort study was used to randomly select outpatients with MS in our hospital. According to the patients' condition, they were divided into three groups: premenopausal, peri-menopausal and post-menopausal, with 40 cases in each group. The Kupperman scores and hormone and endocrine metabolism indexes in the three groups were compared and analyzed. Results the Kupperman score of postmenopausal patients was higher than that of peri-menopausal and pre-menopausal patients, and there were significant differences in age and marital status (P0.05). And fasting blood glucose (FBG), postprandial blood glucose (PBG) and total cholesterol (TC) in different physiological stages of patients in vivo differences were statistically significant (P0.05). Conclusion the Kupperman scores of MS patients at different physiological stages were different, and the metabolism of hormones and glucose and lipid were abnormal.
