大量血尿为临床表现的凶险性前置胎盘1例

【摘要】：正1病例报告患者,31岁,因孕28+4周,无痛性阴道流血40+分钟,于2016年8月28日急诊入我院。入院时出血量总计约60 ml,色鲜红。孕18+4周于当地医院建卡产前检查,B超检查提示胎盘完全覆盖宫颈内口,考虑胎盘前置状态,遂转诊至我院门诊定期产前检查。孕期反复多次复查B超检查均提示胎盘前置,余未见明显异常。平素月经规律,周期28~30天,末次月经2016
[Abstract]:A 31-year-old patient with 28 4 weeks gestation and 40 minutes painless vaginal bleeding was admitted to our hospital on Aug. 28, 2016. The total amount of bleeding on admission was about 60 ml, bright red. At 18 ~ 4 weeks of pregnancy, a card prenatal examination was established in a local hospital. B-ultrasound examination showed that the placenta completely covered the cervix and considered the status of placenta previa, and then referred to our outpatient clinic for regular antenatal examination. Repeated reexamination of B-ultrasound during pregnancy indicated placenta previa without obvious abnormality. Regular menstrual cycle of 2830 days, the last menstruation 2016
