浅谈盆腔炎

【摘要】：正女性上生殖道及周围组织的炎症称为盆腔炎,它是妇科常见病,其表现有:输卵管炎、子宫炎及盆腔结缔组织炎,其发病率高,治疗不当,向邻近器官扩散,影响妇女的健康,应积极防治。随着广谱抗生素和传统中药的广泛应用,极大地提高了盆腔炎的疗程,缩短了病程,但反复发作,治疗不当迁延日久转成慢性,仍是目前临床上急需解决的难题。1诱发盆腔炎的因素1.1女性生殖器的特点因为女性外生殖器开口外露,与其内部的盆腔、内生
