血清γ干扰素诱导蛋白16水平与子痫前期发病的相关性研究

【摘要】:目的探讨人γ干扰素诱导蛋白16(IFI16)在子痫前期患者血清中的水平及其与子痫前期发病的相关性。方法选取2015年8月到2016年3月在郑州大学第三附属医院就诊的子痫前期孕妇45例为子痫前期组,同期进行常规孕期检查的30例健康孕妇为对照组。采用全自动生化分析仪检测血清中尿素氮、尿酸、肌酐等生化指标;采用ELISA方法检测血清中IFI16和内皮素-1(ET-1)的水平,并对血清IFI16水平与各检测指标之间的相关性进行分析;受试者工作特征(ROC)曲线用于评判血清IFI16水平在预测子痫前期疾病中的价值。结果 IFI16和ET-1在子痫前期组孕妇血清中的水平明显高于对照组(P0.01);重度子痫前期孕妇血清IFI16水平高于轻度子痫前期孕妇(P0.01)。子痫前期孕妇血清中IFI16水平与收缩压、舒张压、24h尿蛋白定量和血清ET-1水平呈明显正相关,与血清清蛋白水平呈负相关。以血清IFI16水平为14.47ng/mL和17.09ng/mL作为预测子痫前期及鉴别轻度子痫前期和重度子痫前期的临界值时具有较高的灵敏度和特异性。结论孕妇血清中高水平的IFI16与子痫前期的发病具有一定相关性,并有可能成为预测子痫前期发生的新的生物学指标。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the level of human interferon-纬 inducible protein 16 (IFI16) in serum of preeclampsia patients and its correlation with preeclampsia. Methods from August 2015 to March 2016, 45 preeclampsia pregnant women in the third affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University were selected as preeclampsia group and 30 normal pregnant women as control group. Serum urea nitrogen, uric acid and creatinine were detected by automatic biochemical analyzer. The levels of IFI16 and ET-1 in serum were detected by ELISA method, and the correlation between serum IFI16 level and each index was analyzed. The operating characteristic (ROC) curve was used to evaluate the value of serum IFI16 level in predicting preeclampsia. Results the serum levels of IFI16 and ET-1 in the preeclampsia group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P0.01), and the serum IFI16 levels in the severe preeclampsia group were higher than those in the mild preeclampsia group (P0.01). The serum levels of IFI16 in preeclampsia were positively correlated with systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, 24-hour urinary protein and serum ET-1 levels, and negatively correlated with serum albumin levels. Using serum IFI16 levels as 14.47ng/mL and 17.09ng/mL as critical values for predicting preeclampsia and differentiating mild and severe preeclampsia has high sensitivity and specificity. Conclusion the high level of IFI16 in maternal serum may be a new biological index to predict the occurrence of preeclampsia.
