ErbB-2与ErbB-3结合蛋白Ebp1在宫颈癌中的表达及临床意义

【摘要】：目的：通过免疫组织化学方法检测宫颈癌组织及其相应的癌旁组织中ErbB2与Ebp1蛋白的表达情况,分析ErbB2与Ebp1蛋白的表达与宫颈癌临床病理特征的关系及其相关性,为宫颈癌的靶向药物治疗提供实验依据。方法：应用免疫组织化学法(SP)分别检测40例宫颈癌组织及其癌旁组织中ErbB2与Ebpl蛋白的表达水平。结果：宫颈癌组织中ErbB-2蛋白阳性率为72.5%,明显高于癌旁组织中ErbB2蛋白阳性率7.5%(P0.05)。宫颈癌组织中Ebpl蛋白阳性率为32.5%,明显高于癌旁组织中Ebpl蛋白阳性率5.0%(P0.05)。宫颈癌组织中ErbB2与Ebpl表达与患者年龄、肿瘤分化程度、家族史无关,ErbB2与Ebpl高表达与肿瘤的TNM分期以及淋巴结转移呈正相关(P0.05)。结论：ErbB2联合Ebpl蛋白的检测有助于宫颈癌转移及预后的判断,Ebp1有望成为宫颈癌基因治疗的生物学靶点。
[Abstract]:Objective: to detect the expression of ErbB2 and Ebp1 in cervical carcinoma and its adjacent tissues by immunohistochemical method, and to analyze the relationship between the expression of ErbB2 and Ebp1 and the clinicopathological features of cervical cancer. To provide experimental evidence for targeted drug therapy of cervical cancer. Methods: immunohistochemical (SP) was used to detect the expression of ErbB2 and Ebpl protein in 40 cases of cervical carcinoma and its adjacent tissues. Results: the positive rate of ErbB-2 protein in cervical cancer was 72.5%, which was significantly higher than that in paracancerous tissues (7.5%) (P0.05). The positive rate of Ebpl protein in cervical cancer tissues was 32.5%, which was significantly higher than that in paracancerous tissues (5.0%) (P0.05). The expression of ErbB2 and Ebpl was not correlated with age, tumor differentiation and family history. The high expression of ErbB2 and Ebpl was positively correlated with TNM stage and lymph node metastasis (P0.05). Conclusion: the detection of ErbB2 combined with Ebpl protein is helpful to determine the metastasis and prognosis of cervical cancer. Ebp1 is expected to be a biological target for gene therapy of cervical cancer.
