心脏病患者妊娠期心血管不良事件预测和预防

【摘要】：妊娠期心脏病是威胁孕妇及胎儿健康的重要疾病,只有早期识别并及时治疗才可能改善不良妊娠结局。心力衰竭、肺动脉高压、围产期心肌病及严重心律失常是妊娠期心脏病患者的主要死亡原因。文章针对这4种常见的心血管不良事件进行分析,旨在通过临床表现及相关辅助检查早期发现,并通过适当的治疗方案防止不良事件的发生及加重。
[Abstract]:Gestational heart disease is an important disease threatening the health of pregnant women and fetuses. Heart failure, pulmonary hypertension, perinatal cardiomyopathy and severe arrhythmias are the leading causes of death in patients with heart disease complicating pregnancy. This article analyzes the four common adverse cardiovascular events in order to prevent the occurrence and aggravation of adverse events through clinical manifestations and related auxiliary examinations.
