人胚胎发育速度与性别的相关性分析

【摘要】:目的分析体外受精-胚胎培养技术中胚胎在体外和体内发育速度与性别的关系。方法回顾性分析经辅助生殖治疗成功妊娠并获活产婴儿的病例资料4 062例,新生婴儿总数为5398例。根据移植胚胎在体外培养时间长短分成第2天移植组(D2)、第3天移植组(D3)、第4天移植组(D4)、第5、6天移植组(D5~6),比较分析胚胎体外培养时间和发育速度与出生婴儿性别的关系。同时分析比较同期637对不同性别双胎妊娠出生婴儿体重差异。结果所有活产新生儿中男婴2 908个,女婴2 490个,男婴比例为53.7%,且随着移植胚胎在体外培养时间的延长,活产男婴的比例逐渐升高(50.7%、53.5%、53.0%、56.8%),但各组间差异无统计学意义(P=0.424)。同期出生的637对不同性别双胎妊娠新生儿中男婴体重均数为(2 426±475)g,显著高于女婴体重(2 356±865)g(P=0.035)。结论随着移植胚胎在体外培养时间的延长,活产男婴的比例逐渐升高;此外不同性别胚胎在体内的发育速度也有不同,男性新生儿体重显著高于女性新生儿体重。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the relationship between in vitro and in vivo development rate and sex of embryos in vitro fertilization and embryo culture. Methods the data of 4 062 cases of successful pregnancy and live delivery after assisted reproductive therapy were analyzed retrospectively. The total number of newborn infants was 5398. According to how long the embryo was cultured in vitro, they were divided into 4 groups: the second day group (D2), the 3rd day group (D3), the 4th day group (D4), and the 5th and 6th day group (D5N6). To compare and analyze the relationship between in vitro culture time and development speed of embryo and the sex of born baby. At the same time, the difference of birth weight of 637 pairs of twins in the same period was analyzed. Results among all the live births, 2 908 were male infants and 2 490 female infants. The ratio of male infants was 53.7. With the extension of embryo transfer in vitro, the proportion of male infants increased gradually (50.7% 53.5%). 56.8%, but there was no significant difference among the three groups (P < 0. 424). The mean body weight of the 637 pairs of twins of the same period was (2 426 卤475) g, which was significantly higher than that of the female (2 356 卤865) g (P0. 035). Conclusion with the prolongation of embryo transfer in vitro, the proportion of male infants born alive increases gradually, and the growth rate of embryos of different sexes is different in vivo, and the weight of male newborns is significantly higher than that of females.
