母亲妊娠期和围生期因素与青少年血压的关系

【摘要】：目的探讨母亲妊娠期因素和围生期因素与子女青少年期血压之间的关系。方法对1993-1995年无锡市建立的出生队列于2011-2013年(青少年期)进行随访,开展问卷调查、身高、体重和血压的测量,采用醊2检验、多元线性回归分析、多因素二项式回归等统计方法进行数据分析。结果共随访到年龄16~18岁之间的青少年2 256人。调整性别、青少年期年龄、青少年期超重或肥胖、青少年期生活行为因素,将母亲妊娠期和围生期相关变量纳入多因素模型,结果显示:母亲产时有妊高症的对象,青少年期的收缩压和舒张压升高,"血压升高比例"增加(RR=1.54,95%CI:1.26~1.90);随着出生身长的增加,青少年的收缩压升高。结论母亲产时妊高症是子女青少年期血压升高的危险因素,应采取一定的措施,控制妊高症的发生。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the relationship between maternal pregnancy factors and perinatal factors and blood pressure of children in adolescence. Methods the birth cohort established in Wuxi from 1993 to 1995 was followed up from 2011 to 2013. Questionnaire survey was carried out. Height, weight and blood pressure were measured, and multiple linear regression analysis was used to analyze the relationship between birth cohort and height, weight and blood pressure. Multi-factor binomial regression and other statistical methods were used for data analysis. Results A total of 2 256 adolescents aged between 16 and 18 were followed up. Adjusted for gender, adolescence age, adolescent overweight or obesity, adolescent life behavior factors, the related variables of maternal pregnancy and perinatal period were included in the multi-factor model. The results showed that the subjects with pregnancy-induced hypertension (PIH) were the subjects with pregnancy-induced hypertension (PIH) at the time of birth. Systolic and diastolic blood pressure (SBP) and diastolic blood pressure (DBP) increased during adolescence, and the "increased blood pressure ratio" (RR=1.54,95%CI:1.26~1.90) increased. As birth length increases, systolic blood pressure increases in adolescents. Conclusion pregnancy-induced hypertension (PIH) is a risk factor for the increase of blood pressure in young children, and some measures should be taken to control the occurrence of PIH.
