奥硝唑联合阿奇霉素治疗盆腔炎的系统评价

【摘要】：目的:系统评价奥硝唑联合阿奇霉素治疗盆腔炎的疗效,为临床提供循证参考。方法:计算机检索Cochrane图书馆、Pub Med、EMBase、SCI、相关期刊论文、中文科技期刊数据库、中国生物医学文献数据库和万方数据库,收集奥硝唑联合阿奇霉素(试验组)对比甲硝唑单用或联合其他抗菌药物(对照组)治疗盆腔炎的随机对照试验(RCT),提取资料并参考"Cochrane系统评价员手册5.3"进行文献质量评价,采用Rev Man 5.3统计软件进行Meta分析。结果:共纳入6项RCT,合计658例患者。Meta分析结果显示,试验组患者总有效率[RR=1.21,95%CI(1.14,1.29),P0.001]和治愈率[RR=1.52,95%CI(1.32,1.76),P0.001]均显著高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义。结论:奥硝唑联合阿奇霉素治疗盆腔炎疗效较好。
[Abstract]:Objective: to evaluate the efficacy of ornidazole combined with azithromycin in the treatment of pelvic inflammatory disease. Methods: the Cochrane Library, Pub Med,EMBase,SCI, Chinese Journal full-text Database, Chinese sci-tech periodical Database, Chinese Biomedical Literature Database and Wanfang Database were searched by computer. A randomized controlled trial of ornidazole combined with azithromycin (test group) and metronidazole alone or in combination with other antimicrobial agents (control group) in the treatment of pelvic inflammatory disease (RCT),) The data were extracted and evaluated with reference to "Cochrane system evaluator's Manual 5.3". The Meta analysis was carried out with Rev Man 5.3 statistical software. Results: a total of 658 patients with RCT, were enrolled. Meta-analysis showed that the total effective rate [RR=1.21,95%CI (1.14,1.29), P0.001] and the cure rate [RR=1.52,95%CI (1.32, 1.76)] in the trial group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P < 0.01). P 0.001] were significantly higher than those of the control group (P < 0.01), and the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion: Ornidazole combined with azithromycin is effective in the treatment of pelvic inflammation.
