硝呋太尔制霉素阴道软胶囊用于妊娠期阴道炎的临床效果评价

【摘要】：目的分析妊娠期阴道炎应用硝呋太尔制霉素阴道软胶囊治疗的效果。方法挑选80例2015年6月~2016年9月收治的妊娠期阴道炎患者,分为研究组与对照组,分别给予硝呋太尔制霉素阴道软胶囊与保妇康栓治疗,观察两组应用效果。结果研究组总有效率为95.0%,对照组为72.5%,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。两组治疗期间均无明显不良反应发生。结论硝呋太尔制霉素阴道软胶囊在临床治疗中的应用,有助于改善妊娠期阴道炎患者的临床症状,提高治疗的效果,且较安全性高,可加强应用。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the effect of nifurotaximycin vaginal soft capsule in the treatment of pregnancy vaginitis. Methods 80 pregnant vaginitis patients from June 2015 to September 2016 were selected and divided into study group and control group. The patients were treated with nifurotaximycin vaginal soft capsule and Baofukang suppository respectively. The effects of the two groups were observed. Results the total effective rate was 95.0% in the study group and 72.5% in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P0.05). There were no obvious adverse reactions in both groups during treatment. Conclusion the application of nifurotazol vaginal soft capsule in the clinical treatment is helpful to improve the clinical symptoms of pregnant vaginitis patients and improve the effect of treatment, and it is safe and can be used more effectively.
