产科DIC产妇凝血检验在临床上的应用效果观察

【摘要】：目的探究产科DIC产妇凝血检验在临床上的应用效果。方法选取我院产科2013年5月~2014年6月收治的DIC产妇18例作为观察组,选取同期收治的健康产妇18例作为对照组。两组产妇均通过凝血检验,观察两组血小板、凝血酶时间、凝血酶原时间。结果观察组和对照组血小板指数分别为:(88.69±17.81)×109/L、(216.5±66.26)×109/L,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。两组凝血酶时间、凝血酶原时间比较,观察组均明显高于对照组,P0.05。结论产科DIC产妇实行凝血检验,具有重要的临床价值。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the clinical effect of coagulation test for obstetrical DIC pregnant women. Methods 18 pregnant women with DIC from May 2013 to June 2014 in our obstetrics department were selected as the observation group and 18 healthy parturients treated in the same period as the control group. The platelet, thrombin time and prothrombin time were observed by coagulation test in both groups. Results the platelet index of observation group and control group were (88.69 卤17.81) 脳 109 mL, (216.5 卤66.26) 脳 109 mL, respectively (P0.05). The thrombin time and prothrombin time in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P 0.05). Conclusion Coagulation test for obstetrical DIC pregnant women has important clinical value.
