血清及卵泡液中肝素结合性表皮生长因子水平与多囊卵巢综合征关系的研究

【摘要】：目的:通过检测肝素结合性表皮生长因子(HB-EGF)在多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)患者血清和卵泡液中的表达量,探讨PCOS发病的可能机制。方法:选择60例因PCOS实施体外受精-胚胎移植(IVF-ET)术患者为PCOS组;同期卵巢反应正常,因输卵管阻塞接受IVF治疗的患者60例作为对照组,收集两组采卵日的血清及卵泡液,采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)检测血清和卵泡液中HB-EGF的表达量。结果:PCOS组患者血清及卵泡液中HB-EGF表达量均显著高于对照组(P0.01);PCOS组和对照组血清HB-EGF水平均明显高于卵泡液,且呈正相关(r=0.85,P0.01;r=0.87,P0.01)。结论:PCOS患者存在高HB-EGF血症,卵泡液中HB-EGF升高可能受血清中HB-EGF影响,HB-EGF可能与PCOS的发生机制有关。
[Abstract]:Aim: to detect the expression of heparin-binding epidermal growth factor (HB-EGF) in serum and follicular fluid of patients with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) and to explore the possible pathogenesis of PCOS. Methods: 60 patients undergoing in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer (IVF-ET) due to PCOS were selected as PCOS group. The serum and follicular fluid were collected from 60 patients with oviduct obstruction treated with IVF as control group. The expression of HB-EGF in serum and follicular fluid was detected by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) at the same time. The expression of HB-EGF in serum and follicular fluid was measured by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (Elisa). Results: the expression of HB-EGF in serum and follicular fluid in PCOS group was significantly higher than that in control group (P0.01). The level of serum HB-EGF in); PCOS group and control group was significantly higher than that in follicular fluid, and there was a positive correlation (r = 0.85, P 0.01). R = 0.87, P0.01 (r = 0.87, P0.01). Conclusion: there is high HB-EGF in PCOS patients. The increase of HB-EGF in follicular fluid may be affected by HB-EGF in serum. HB-EGF may be related to the pathogenesis of PCOS.
