宫腔内人工授精治疗子宫内膜异位症不孕效果的影响因素研究

【摘要】：目的探讨宫腔内人工受精(IUI)治疗子宫内膜异位症合并不孕症的效果及其影响因素。方法选择我院2013年1月~2015年1月收治的子宫内膜异位症合并不孕症患者150例,对患者进行腹腔镜手术,然后进行人工授精(IUI),分析影响子宫内膜异位症合并不孕症妊娠成功率的因素。结果影响子宫内膜异位症合并不孕症妊娠成功率的因素主要包括年龄35岁以下、促排卵、术后时间1年内、AFS分期为I和IⅠ期、IUI周期数低于3、IUI时机在排卵前后各一次。结论 IUI治疗子宫内膜异位症(EMS)不孕效果的影响因素包括年龄、不孕时间、排卵情况等,通过对影响因素进行干预,能够提高IUI治疗EMS不孕患者的成功率。
