84例子宫内膜癌中Foxp3的表达及临床意义

【摘要】:目的探讨调节性T细胞的表面标志物Foxp3 mRNA及蛋白在子宫内膜癌组织和正常子宫内膜组织中的表达及其临床意义。方法应用免疫组化SP法及实时荧光定量PCR法检测84例子宫内膜癌组织和40例正常子宫内膜组织中Foxp3 mRNA及蛋白的表达,分析Foxp3在子宫内膜癌组织中的表达与肿瘤组织分化程度和FIGO分期的关系。结果子宫内膜癌组织Foxp3表达明显高于正常子宫内膜组织;Foxp3表达与子宫内膜癌FIGO分期有关,Ⅲ+Ⅳ期子宫内膜癌患者Foxp3表达高于Ⅰ+Ⅱ期患者(P0.05)。Foxp3表达与分化程度的关系在上述两种检测方法中得出不同结论,免疫组化检测提示Foxp3蛋白表达与组织分化等级间存在相关性(rs=0.72,P0.01),中+低分化组Foxp3+细胞数明显高于高分化组(P0.01)。而实时荧光定量PCR法检测提示Foxp3 mRNA表达与肿瘤组织学分级无相关性(rs=0.01,P=0.35)。结论 Foxp3在子宫内膜癌患者癌灶中高表达,免疫组化检测的蛋白表达与实时荧光定量PCR检测结果不完全一致,Foxp3可能参与了子宫内膜癌的发生、发展。
