【摘要】：正动脉与静脉间出现不经过毛细血管网的异常短路通道,即形成动静脉瘘,动静脉瘘可发生在全身各脏器,但盆腔脏器较少累及,因而子宫动静脉瘘较罕见,但其可导致阴道大出血,严重时危及患者生命。下面分析我院收治的1例子宫动静脉瘘患者的临床资料,以提高临床医生对此病的认识及处理能力。1临床资料患者,32岁,以"突发性阴道大量流血半小时"

However, it can lead to massive vaginal bleeding, seriously endangering the life of the patient. Following is an analysis of the clinical data of a patient with uterine arteriovenous fistula treated in our hospital in order to improve the clinician's understanding and management ability of the disease. 1 Clinical data of 32-year-old patients with uterine arteriovenous fistula were treated with "sudden vaginal bleeding for half an hour".
