先天性双侧输精管缺如超声表现1例

【摘要】:正患者男,26岁,已婚2年未育。查体:双侧睾丸大小正常,阴囊段输精管未触及。精液常规检查提示无精症,性激素水平检测正常。行阴囊超声检查示:双侧睾丸大小、形态正常、回声均匀。双侧附睾头大小正常,回声不均匀,其内可见部分小囊状结构(图1)。双侧附睾尾及阴囊段输精管未显示。双侧附睾体体积缩小,内呈细网格样改变,附睾体远端为盲端,呈"截断征"(图2)。经直肠超声检查示:左侧
[Abstract]:Positive male, 26 years old, married for 2 years without birth. Body examination: bilateral testicular size is normal, scrotum segment vas deferens are not touched. Semen routine examination indicates azoospermia, sex hormone level detection is normal. Sonographic examination of scrotum showed that the size, shape and echo of bilateral testes were normal. The size of bilateral epididymis was normal and the echoes were not uniform, and some small cystic structures could be seen in it (Fig. 1). The vas deferens of the tail of epididymis and scrotum segment were not shown on both sides. The volume of bilateral epididymis was reduced with fine mesh-like changes.
