Snail和Claudin3在子宫腺肌病中的表达及意义

【摘要】:目的:探讨转录因子Snail和紧密连接蛋白Claudin3在子宫腺肌病的异位和在位内膜中的表达及意义。 方法:采用免疫组化法检测40例子宫腺肌病的异位内膜、在位内膜和10例正常子宫内膜中Snail及Claudin3的表达。 结果:1、Snail在腺肌病的异位内膜、在位内膜及正常子宫内膜中阳性表达率分别90.0%、62.5%和50.0%,各组比较均具有显著性差异(P0.05);在位内膜及正常子宫内膜中分泌期与增生期的阳性表达率均无显著性差异(P0.05)。 2、Claudin3在腺肌病的异位内膜、在位内膜及正常子宫内膜的阳性表达率分别57.5%、85.0%、90.0%,各组比较均具有显著性差异(P0.05);在位内膜及正常子宫内膜中分泌期与增生期的阳性表达率均无显著性差异(P0.05)。 3、Snail与Claudin3在子宫腺肌病的异位内膜中的表达呈负相关(P0.05)。 结论:Snail在子宫腺肌病中表达上调,而Claudin3在表达下调,提示异常子宫内膜细胞更易迁移至肌层组织,两者表达的负相关性与内膜浸润性生长的生物学特性相关;Snail及Claudin3可能共同参与上皮-间质转化作用并促进子宫腺肌病的发生。
[Abstract]:Aim: to investigate the expression and significance of transcription factor Snail and tight junction protein Claudin3 in ectopic and eutopic endometrium of adenomyosis. Methods: immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression of Snail and Claudin3 in ectopic endometrium, eutopic endometrium and 10 normal endometrium of 40 cases of adenomyosis. Results: 1 the positive expression rate of Snail in ectopic endometrium, eutopic endometrium and normal endometrium of adenomyosis was 90.0%, 62.5% and 50.0%, respectively (P0.05). There was no significant difference in the positive expression rate between secretory phase and proliferative phase in ectopic endometrium and normal endometrium (P0.05). 2. The positive expression rate of Claudin 3 in ectopic endometrium, eutopic endometrium and normal endometrium of adenomyosis was 57.5%, 85.0% and 90.0%, respectively (P0.05). There was no significant difference in the positive expression rate between secretory phase and proliferative phase in ectopic endometrium and normal endometrium (P0.05). 3. There was a negative correlation between the expression of Snail and Claudin3 in ectopic endometrium of adenomyosis (P0.05). Conclusion: the expression of Snail is up-regulated in adenomyosis, while the expression of Claudin3 is down-regulated, suggesting that abnormal endometrial cells are more likely to migrate to myometrium, and the negative correlation between the two expressions is related to the biological characteristics of invasive growth of endometrium. Snail and Claudin3 may be involved in epithelial-interstitial transformation and promote adenomyosis.
