新式光声成像技术可诊断宫颈癌

【摘要】:正光声成像,不需要活检和涂片检查。技术的原理是癌组织能够吸收更多的光,这是因为癌组织如新异常血管形成和胶原纤维更少。超声扫描能够检出癌组织是因为癌细胞吸收更多光能产热引起细胞膨胀进而影响回弹回扫描仪的声波,从而产生图像改变。研究人员表示光声成像还能鉴别癌症的分期。因为癌症进展越高,癌细胞吸收光能越多,在超声扫描显示更多的回声。该技术已经进行临床试验,30位受检女性有癌症患者也有健康女性,结果
[Abstract]:Positive photoacoustic imaging does not require biopsies and smears. The principle of the technique is that cancer tissue can absorb more light, because cancer tissues such as new abnormal angiogenesis and less collagen fibers. Ultrasound scans can detect cancer tissue because the cancer cells absorb more light to produce heat, causing cells to expand and affect the sound waves of the rebound scanner, resulting in image changes. The researchers say photoacoustic imaging can also identify stages of cancer. Because the higher the cancer progresses, the more light the cancer absorbs, and the more echoes are displayed in ultrasound scans. The technique has been tested in clinical trials, with 30 women with cancer as well as healthy women.
