【摘要】：正妊娠合并心血管疾病是导致产妇死亡的非产科因素的首要病因,尽早干预和积极治疗是降低病死率的重要途径。大部分的孕妇在内科治疗下能得到有效缓解,而少部分孕妇在内科治疗无效的情况下需接受心脏外科治疗,如主动脉瘤、风湿性心脏病、心脏肿瘤、感染性心内膜炎等。体外循环是绝大部分心脏外科手术的基础,妊娠期行体外循环对胎儿存在着极大的
[Abstract]:Cardiovascular disease is the leading cause of maternal death. Early intervention and active treatment are important ways to reduce mortality. Most pregnant women can get effective relief under medical treatment, while a small number of pregnant women need cardiac surgical treatment when medical treatment is ineffective, such as aortic aneurysm, rheumatic heart disease, cardiac tumor, infective endocarditis and so on. Cardiopulmonary bypass is the basis of most cardiac surgery, and cardiopulmonary bypass during pregnancy has a great effect on fetuses.
