针药合用对各年龄段体外受精-胚胎移植术后妊娠率的影响

【摘要】：目的比较中药、针灸联合西药治疗对不同年龄阶段体外受精-胚胎移植(IVF-ET)术后妊娠成功率的影响。方法收集2010年1月1日至2013年12月31日符合纳入标准的IVF-ET术后患者810例,按年龄分成20~29岁、30~39岁、40~49岁3组,比较各组的妊娠成功率,并统计中西医结合治疗后的胚胎移植术后妊娠成功率。结果 20~29岁组妊娠成功率为54.3%,30~39岁组妊娠成功率为46.4%,40~49岁组妊娠成功率为26.0%,全科所有IVF-ET术后患者妊娠成功率为47.2%。结论年龄越小,IVF-ET术后妊娠成功率越高,辅助生殖技术后进行中医药干预治疗,能提高IVF-ET妊娠成功率。
