义乌地区非孕女性生殖道无乳链球菌的感染筛查及耐药性分析

【摘要】:目的筛查义乌地区非孕女性生殖道无乳链球菌的感染情况,并对其进行耐药性分析,为临床治疗提供参考依据。方法选取2015年2月-2016年5月于医院就诊的非孕女性4 900例为研究对象,对调查对象生殖道进行标本采集,再进行无乳链球菌培养及药物敏感性试验,筛查义乌地区非孕女性生殖道无乳链球菌的感染情况,并进行耐药性分析。结果 4 900例非孕女性中感染无乳链球菌268例,感染率为5.5%;其中无乳链球菌检出率最高为31~40岁组,与其他年龄段相比其检出率明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);通过对检测的阳性标本进行耐药性分析,结果显示,无乳链球菌耐药性较高的抗菌药物包括四环素、红霉素及克林霉素;未产生耐药性的抗菌药物包括头孢曲松与万古霉素,此外,无乳链球菌耐药性较低的抗菌药物还有头孢他啶、头孢噻肟、青霉素G、氨苄西林,耐药率均2.0%。结论义乌地区非孕女性生殖道无乳链球菌的感染率较高,且31~40岁非孕女性生殖道无乳链球菌检出率最高,临床上应根据药敏结果对抗菌药物进行合理使用。
[Abstract]:Objective to screen the infection of Streptococcus lactis in the reproductive tract of non-pregnant women in Yiwu area and analyze its drug resistance, so as to provide reference for clinical treatment. Methods from February 2015 to May 2016, 4900 non-pregnant women from February 2015 to May 2016 were selected as subjects. The reproductive tract specimens were collected, and then Streptococcus lactis culture and drug sensitivity test were carried out. The infection of Streptococcus lactis in the reproductive tract of non-pregnant women in Yiwu area was screened and analyzed for drug resistance. Results 268 out of 4900 non-pregnant women were infected with Streptococcus lactis, the infection rate was 5.5%, and the highest detection rate of Streptococcus lactis was 31 < 40 years old, which was significantly higher than that of other age groups (P 0.05). Through the analysis of drug resistance of the positive samples, the results showed that the antibiotics with high resistance to Streptococcus lactis included tetracycline, erythromycin and clindamycin. In addition, ceftazidime, cefotaxime, penicillin G, ampicillin, and the resistance rate of ceftazidime, cefotaxime, penicillin G and ampicillin were all 2.0%. Conclusion the infection rate of Streptococcus lactis in the reproductive tract of non-pregnant women in Yiwu area is high, and the detection rate of Streptococcus lactis in the reproductive tract of 31 years old 40 years old non-pregnant women is the highest. The antibiotics should be used reasonably according to the results of drug sensitivity.
