妊娠期甲状腺激素水平与血脂谱的相关性

【摘要】：目的:探讨妊娠期甲状腺激素水平与血脂谱的相关性。方法:随机选择30例健康孕妇,检测并分析其孕9~12、14~17、23~26和37~40周4个妊娠时段空腹血清的促甲状腺激素(TSH)、游离三碘甲腺原氨酸(FT3)和游离甲状腺素(FT4)与血脂6项的相关性。结果:妊娠期血清TSH与总胆固醇(CHOL)、甘油三酯(TRIG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、载脂蛋白A-I(APOA-I)和载脂蛋白B(APOB)均呈正相关,FT3、FT4与CHOL、TRIG、LDL-C、APOA-I和APOB均呈负相关,TSH、FT3和FT4均与高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)无相关性。结论:除HDL-C外,妊娠期甲状腺激素水平与血脂密切相关。
