Th17细胞在宫颈癌患者外周血中的比例及临床意义

【摘要】：目的探讨外周血Th17细胞数量与宫颈癌发生、发展的关系。方法选取宫颈癌初治患者50例(宫颈癌组),宫颈上皮内瘤变(CIN)患者25例(CIN组),成年体检健康女性25例(对照组)。采用流式细胞术检测各组外周血Th17细胞占CD4+T细胞的比例;分析Th17细胞比例与宫颈癌患者临床病理参数的关系。结果宫颈癌组、CIN组和对照组外周血Th17细胞比例分别为(2.02±0.46)%、(1.36±0.31)%、(0.58±0.19)%,组间两两比较P均0.01;外周血Th17细胞比例与宫颈癌患者国际妇产联盟(FIGO)分期、淋巴结转移、脉管浸润均呈正相关(r分别为0.74、0.43、0.54,P均0.05),与组织分化程度无关(P0.05)。结论宫颈癌患者外周血Th17细胞数量增多;Th17细胞增多可促进宫颈癌的发生、发展。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the relationship between the number of Th17 cells in peripheral blood and the occurrence and development of cervical cancer. Methods 50 patients with cervical cancer (cervical cancer group), 25 patients with cervical intraepithelial neoplastic (CIN) (CIN group) and 25 healthy adult women (control group) were selected. The proportion of Th17 cells to CD4 T cells in peripheral blood of each group was detected by flow cytometry, and the relationship between the proportion of Th17 cells and clinicopathological parameters of cervical cancer patients was analyzed. Results the proportion of Th17 cells in peripheral blood of cervical cancer group, CIN group and control group was (2.02 卤0.46)%, (1.36 卤0.31)% and (0.58 卤0.19)%, respectively. The proportion of Th17 cells in peripheral blood was positively correlated with (FIGO) stage, lymph node metastasis and vessel invasion of cervical cancer patients (r = 0.74, 0.43, 0.54, P < 0.05), but not with the degree of tissue differentiation (P 0.05). Conclusion the number of Th17 cells in peripheral blood of patients with cervical cancer is increased, and the increase of Th17 cells can promote the occurrence and development of cervical cancer.
