外阴卵黄囊瘤一例

【摘要】：正一、病例摘要患者20岁,半年前发现外阴有一蚕豆大小肿物,因孕中期未行任何诊治,剖宫产术后3个月,发现外阴肿物较以前明显增大,呈囊性,无压痛,门诊以"前庭大腺囊肿"收住入甘肃省武威凉州医院。患者既往体健,家族中无遗传病及类似疾病。15岁初潮,孕1产1。入院查体:体温36.7℃,浅表淋巴结无肿大,心、肺无异常,腹软,肝脾
