腹膜后腹主动脉旁异位妊娠1例报告并文献复习

【摘要】：正卵巢及腹腔妊娠极少见,而腹膜后妊娠更罕见。我院遇到1例,现报道如下。1病历摘要患者27岁。孕3产0,分别于3年及6年前因异位妊娠行双侧输卵管切除术。2014年3月10日在我院行体外受精-胚胎移植(IVF-ET)手术,血人绒毛膜促性腺激素(β-HCG)持续升高至18 210 U"L,无腹痛及阴道流血。超声检查显示子宫内膜厚约1.6 cm,宫腔、双侧宫角及双附件区均未发现与妊娠相关回声,盆腹腔未见游离液性暗区。扩大超
[Abstract]:Normal ovarian and abdominal pregnancy is rare, while retroperitoneal pregnancy is even rarer. One case was encountered in our hospital, and it is reported as follows. 1 A summary of the case was 27 years old. Bilateral tubal resection was performed 3 and 6 years ago for ectopic pregnancy. In vitro fertilization and embryo transfer (IVF-ET) was performed in our hospital on March 10, 2014. Human chorionic gonadotropin (尾-HCG) continued to rise to 18.210 U / L without abdominal pain and vaginal bleeding.
