孕前期有效控制孕期牙龈炎的发生研究

【摘要】：目的研究孕期牙龈炎的防治方法和措施。方法选取2015年1月~2015年3月我院收治的备孕期妇女131例作为研究对象,按照随机数字法分为实验组66例和对照组65例。实验组孕前进行全面的口腔科查体,并给予专业卫生指导,超声波口腔洁治术,对于原有口腔疾病,比如牙龈炎和冠周炎进行治疗,对照组常规刷牙指导,不做其他干预措施。结果对照组怀孕期间牙龈炎发病率显著高于实验组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论妇女如果能够在孕前3个月进行查体,接受专业指导和治疗,可以明显减少牙龈炎在妊娠期的发病率。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the prevention and treatment of gum inflammation during pregnancy. Methods 131 pregnant women admitted to our hospital from January 2015 to March 2015 were randomly divided into experimental group (n = 66) and control group (n = 65). The experimental group underwent comprehensive stomatology examination before pregnancy, and gave professional hygiene guidance, ultrasonic oral cleaning, for the treatment of the original oral diseases, such as gum inflammation and pericoronitis, the control group routine brushing guidance, no other intervention measures. Results the incidence of gum inflammation in the control group was significantly higher than that in the experimental group (P 0.05). Conclusion if women can undergo physical examination 3 months before pregnancy, receive professional guidance and treatment, can significantly reduce the incidence of gum inflammation during pregnancy.
