在体女性闭孔神经数字化三维模型的构建研究

【摘要】:目的探讨基于计算机断层增强扫描(CTA)数据集的女性在体闭孔神经三维重建的方法。方法选取2014年1月1日至6月1日16例因宫颈癌于南方医科大学南方医院行CT扫描患者的二维断层图像数据集,利用计算机断层扫描三维重建技术构建闭孔神经及周围相关组织三维模型。结果重建的女性闭孔神经模型符合闭孔神经形态。其不仅可以进行任意角度的旋转,还可以观察其与周围毗邻组织的关系。重建的闭孔神经三维模型与术中解剖完全吻合。结论利用CTA数据集进行计算机三维重建可理想地显示闭孔神经,及其与髂内外血管及闭孔动静脉等毗邻组织的关系,是研究女性闭孔神经与毗邻组织关系的好方法,有较大的应用价值。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the method of three-dimensional reconstruction of female obturator nerve based on enhanced CT scanning (CTA) data set. Methods from January 1 to June 1, 2014, 16 patients with cervical cancer underwent CT scanning in Southern Hospital of Southern Medical University. The three-dimensional model of obturator nerve and its surrounding tissues was constructed by using three-dimensional reconstruction technique of computerized tomography. Results the reconstructed female obturator nerve model was in accordance with the shape of obturator nerve. It can not only rotate at any angle, but also observe its relationship with adjacent tissues. The reconstructed three-dimensional model of obturator nerve is in good agreement with the intraoperative anatomy. Conclusion three-dimensional reconstruction of obturator nerve with CTA data set can display obturator nerve and its relationship with adjacent tissues such as internal and external iliac vessels and obturator arteriovenous tissues. It is a good method to study the relationship between female obturator nerve and adjacent tissues, and has great application value.
