Wnt信号通路成分Wnt-5a和β-连接蛋白在卵巢癌组织中的表达及意义

【摘要】:目的探讨Wnt信号通路成分Wnt-5a和β-连接蛋白(β-catenin)在卵巢癌发生、发展中的作用。方法应用免疫组织化学二步法检测60份卵巢癌组织中Wnt-5a和β-catenin表达;分析其表达与卵巢癌临床病理特征、预后的关系以及两者表达的相关性。结果 Wnt-5a在卵巢癌组织中阳性表达率为61.7%(37/60),其阳性表达与卵巢癌患者年龄、肿瘤大小、组织学类型、病理分级无明显相关性(P均0.05),与肿瘤转移相关(P0.05)。β-catenin在卵巢癌组织中阳性表达率为71.7%(43/60),其阳性表达与肿瘤的分期和转移相关(P均0.05)。Wnt-5a和β-catenin阳性表达患者生存时间明显低于阴性表达患者(P0.05)。Spearman法分析显示两者表达呈正相关(r=0.344,P=0.011)。在发生转移的患者中Wnt-5a与β-catenin共同阳性表达率高达70%(24/34)。结论 Wnt-5a和β-catenin通过非经典和经典Wnt通路在卵巢癌发展中发挥重要作用,两者高表达可能协同促进肿瘤转移,提示预后不良。
