妇科千金片联合西药治疗慢性宫颈炎随机平行对照研究

【摘要】：[目的]观察妇科千金片联合西药治疗慢性宫颈炎疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将150例门诊患者按就诊顺序编号方法简单随机分为两组。对照组75例庆大霉素8万U+250m L生理盐水,静滴,2次/d;甲硝唑15mg/kg+250m L生理盐水,2次/d。治疗组75例妇科千金片,6片/次,3次/d,口服;庆大霉素、甲硝唑治疗同对照组。连续治疗14d为1疗程。观测临床症状、不良反应。连续治疗2疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈28例,显效33例,有效7例,无效7例,总有效率90.67%;对照组痊愈19例,显效24例,有效14例,无效19例,总有效率74.67%;治疗组疗效优于对照组(P0.05)。轻度慢性宫颈炎两组无显著差异(P0.05)。[结论]妇科千金片联合西药治疗慢性宫颈炎,疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the curative effect of gynecological Qianjin tablets combined with western medicine in the treatment of chronic cervicitis. [methods] 150 outpatients were randomly divided into two groups according to the serial numbering method. There was no significant difference in mild chronic cervicitis between the two groups (P 0.05). [conclusion] Gynecological Qianjin tablets combined with western medicine in the treatment of chronic cervicitis has satisfactory curative effect and no serious adverse reactions, which is worth pushing.
