孕妇全血多金属暴露与甲状腺激素的关系研究

第一部分孕妇全血多金属暴露与甲状腺激素的全环境组关联分析目的:应用全环境组关联分析(environment-wide association study,EWAS)探索孕妇人群多金属暴露与甲状腺激素之间的关联性。方法:基于杭州出生队列研究(Hangzhou Birth Cohort Study,HBCS)基线调查数据,将915名符合纳入排除标准的孕妇选为研究对象。在孕20-28(中位数25)周收集孕妇全血,利用电感耦合等离子体-质谱法(ICP-MS)检测11种全血金属水平。从医院信息系统提取同一时期检测的血清游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸(FT3)、总三碘甲状腺原氨酸(TT3)、游离甲状腺素(FT4)、总甲状腺素(TT4)和促甲状腺激素(TSH)水平。利用多因素校正单金属线性回归模型分别分析各种金属与甲状腺激素之间的关联性,金属水平以三分位数(设定第一分位数为参照组)作为自变量纳入模型。对单金属模型的关联性趋势进行伪发现率法(false discovery rate,FDR)校正,将仍有统计学意义的所有金属放入多金属模型互相校正。结果:单金属模型筛选出砷(As)、硒(Se)、锰(Mn)、镍(Ni...
