抵抗素299G/A和过氧化物酶体激增物激活受体γPro12A1a基因多态性与妊娠期糖尿病的相关性研究

目的探讨抵抗素299G/A、PPARγPro12Ala基因多态性与GDM的相关性。方法选取156例GDM孕妇为GDM组和180名正常对照(NC)孕妇为NC组,采用聚合酶链反应-限制性内切酶技术(PCR-RFLP)对基因多态性进行检测。结果 GDM、NC组抵抗素299G/A基因型频率GG∶GA∶AA分别为41.3%∶46.3%∶11.6%、35.2%∶51.7%∶13.8%,PPARγPro12Ala基因型频率PP∶PA∶AA分别为92.3%∶7.7%∶0.0%、85.0%∶13.3%∶1.7%,两组间基因型和等位基因频率比较差异均无统计学意义。GDM组抵抗素基因GA、AA基因型孕妇FIns、胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)高于GG基因型[(12.99±9.98)vs(8.06±2.25)mU/L,(18.35±6.32)vs(8.06±2.25)mU/L;(2.45±0.96)vs(1.31±0.36),(3.45±1.89)vs(1.31±0.36),P<0.05]。PPARγ基因PP基因型孕妇BMI高于PA基因型[(29.47±1.68)vs(23.89±2.88)kg/m2...
