Beagle犬与杂种犬急性心肌梗死模型的比较

【摘要】：目的:比较Beagle犬和杂种犬制作的急性心肌梗死模型,以及Beagle犬制备的心梗模型对药物干预是否敏感。方法:采用麻醉犬冠状动脉前降支结扎制备心肌梗死模型,观察心脏的形态学变化,测定犬冠状动脉前降支暴露的动脉长度及心脏系数;描记心外膜电图(∑ST,N-ST),计算心肌缺血程度;硝基四氮唑蓝(N-BT)组织化学染色方法测定心肌梗死面积。结果:Beagle犬在∑ST,N-ST和心梗面积指标上与杂种犬比较均无显著性差异;Beagle犬合心爽组的心梗面积显著降低(P0.05,P0.01),∑ST和N-ST指标有明显的降低趋势,但与Beagle犬模型组比较无统计学差异。Beagle犬冠脉分支清晰规则,暴露的动脉长度较长,便于制备心肌梗死模型且脏器系数差异较小,杂种犬冠脉分支排列不规则,暴露的动脉长短不一,个体差异较大。结论:Beagle犬较杂种犬在心梗模型的制备上有一定的优势,且心梗模型对药物干预敏感。
[Abstract]:Aim: to compare the acute myocardial infarction model between Beagle dog and hybrid dog and whether the myocardial infarction model made by Beagle dog is sensitive to drug intervention.
