基于数字化定量的高尿酸血症鹌鹑模型“四诊”证候研究
[Abstract]:Objective to study the TCM syndromes of quail model with hyperuricemia by objectively quantifying the indexes of (UA), fecal urine and tongue, and to provide reference for the evaluation of quail syndrome model. Methods the hyperuricemia model of quail was induced by hyperpurine diet. The syndrome types of hyperuricemia quail were discussed from the two angles of "four diagnosis" and "drug test" by using invigorating spleen and dampness traditional Chinese medicine chicory. Results the results showed that the wet weight of quail feces and urine in the model group increased on the 17th day of the experiment, the smell of feces and urine was larger than that of loose stool, the color of the tongue of the normal group was mainly red, and the color of the model group was light and white. On the 22nd day, the red intensity,r and the ratio of red area decreased significantly, and the serum uric acid level increased significantly at day 1421 compared with the normal group (P0.05). Compared with the model group, the feces and urine wet weight and dry weight of chicory group increased significantly (P0.05); r and red area ratio significantly increased (P0.05); on the 21st day, the uric acid level of chicory group decreased significantly (P0.05). Conclusion hyperuricemia can be induced successfully by hyperpurine diet. The study of quantifying the index of "four diagnoses" and examining the syndrome by medicine indicated that there were certain similarities between the pathological changes of quail model and the syndrome of "spleen deficiency and phlegm dampness" caused by diet.
