血脂水平对老年脓毒症患者预后的影响

【摘要】：目的:探讨老年脓毒症患者血脂水平与预后关系。方法:选择2015年1月至2015年12月入住我院MICU科的89例老年脓毒症患者为研究对象。根据患者结局分成生存组和死亡组,对两组患者的临床资料及检测指标进行比较分析。结果:脓毒症死亡组患者的胆固醇及高密度脂蛋白水平显著低于存活组。多因素Logistic回归分析显示,HDL水平和APACHEⅡ评分是影响老年脓毒症患者预后的两个独立因素;且HDL在预测老年脓毒症患者结局方面优于APACHEⅡ评分。结论 :脓毒症患者死亡组血浆高密度脂蛋白水平明显低于存活组;HDL有望成为评估老年脓毒症患者预后的一项临床指标。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the relationship between blood lipid level and prognosis in elderly patients with sepsis. Methods: 89 elderly patients with sepsis admitted to MICU department of our hospital from January 2015 to December 2015 were divided into survival group and death group according to the outcome of the patients.
