新型壳聚糖-硝酸银凝胶材料的杀菌效果及创面应用

【摘要】:目的·检测新型壳聚糖 硝酸银凝胶材料的杀菌效果及其对创面愈合的影响。方法·通过使用离子半透膜检测新型凝胶材料的体外银离子释放速率;通过体外菌落计数的方法检测该材料对耐甲氧西林金黄色葡糖球菌(MRSA)、大肠埃希菌及白念珠菌的杀灭作用,利用大鼠背部的创面模型检测新材料对MRSA的杀灭作用;同时分别观察新材料、磺胺嘧啶银乳膏及莫匹罗星软膏对大鼠感染创面愈合的影响。结果·与对照组相比,新材料中的银离子可以缓慢释放;杀菌实验结果显示,较其他药物,壳聚糖 硝酸银凝胶材料具有更好的杀灭MRSA、大肠埃希菌、白念珠菌的作用;动物实验也显示新材料可以有效促进大鼠背部创面的愈合。结论·由壳聚糖和硝酸银及辅料合成的新型壳聚糖 硝酸银凝胶材料不仅具有明显的杀菌效果,同时也能够促进创面的愈合。
[Abstract]:Objective to detect the bactericidal effect of a new chitosan silver nitrate gel material and its effect on wound healing.Methods the in vitro silver ion release rate of the new gel material was detected by ion semi-permeable membrane, and the killing effect of the material on methicillin-resistant glucococcus aureus, Escherichia coli and Candida albicans was detected by colony counting in vitro.The effects of new materials on MRSA and the effects of new materials, silver sulfadiazine cream and mupiroxine ointment on the healing of infected wounds in rats were investigated by using the rat back wound model.Results compared with the control group, the silver ions in the new material could be released slowly, and the results of bactericidal test showed that the silver gel material of chitosan nitrate had a better effect on killing MRSA, Escherichia coli and Candida albicans than other drugs.Animal experiments also show that the new material can effectively promote the healing of back wounds in rats.Conclusion the new chitosan silver nitrate gel material synthesized from chitosan, silver nitrate and its excipients not only has obvious bactericidal effect, but also can promote wound healing.
