创伤弧菌脓毒症1例病例报道

【摘要】：正创伤弧菌自然存在于近海和海湾的海水、海底沉积物及寄生在贝壳类的海洋生物(如牡砺、蚌、蟹等)中,海产品创伤弧菌检出率约为20%~40%[1]。该菌最适生长于30℃,pH 7.0,盐度为0.7%~1.6%的海水中,当海水盐度3.8%时则不易生长[2]。目前,创伤弧菌分为3种生物型,生物Ⅰ型产吲哚,是人类感染最主要的致病型;生物Ⅱ型及Ⅲ型是导致人类感染的条件致病菌[3]。
