爆炸致急性颅脑创伤临床特点及救治经验探讨

【摘要】：目的探讨爆炸致颅脑创伤患者临床特点及救治效果。方法回顾性分析该院神经重症病区收治的8例"8.12"天津港爆炸致颅脑创伤患者的临床资料。收集患者一般资料,入院时格拉斯哥评分(GCS)及6个月后格拉斯哥预后评分(GOS),分析各征象与临床预后的关系。结果 8例患者在综合救治后全部恢复良好,6个月后GOS评分全部为5分。结论建立急诊绿色通道、早期的手术干预、多学科协作、神经重症的监护治疗能够明显改善颅脑创伤患者的预后。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the clinical characteristics and therapeutic effect of explosive craniocerebral trauma (TBI). Methods the clinical data of 8 patients with traumatic brain injury caused by explosion in Tianjin Port were retrospectively analyzed. The general data of the patients, Glasgow score (GCSs) on admission and Glasgow prognosis score (GOS) 6 months later were collected to analyze the relationship between the symptoms and the clinical prognosis. Results all the 8 patients recovered well after comprehensive treatment, and the GOS score was 5 after 6 months. Conclusion the establishment of emergency green channel, early surgical intervention, multidisciplinary cooperation and intensive care can significantly improve the prognosis of patients with craniocerebral trauma.
