【摘要】：正足底筋膜炎又称跟骨下疼痛、足跟疼痛综合征、赛跑者足跟(runner's sheel)~([1]),是肌肉韧带失衡致骨膜受不当的牵扯,造成软组织的一种,慢性劳损伴局部无菌性炎症所致,严重者可造成局部软组织增厚、黏连、挛缩或局部慢性损伤后渗血后钙盐沉积所致骨刺形成或形态学的改变。50%患者可见跟骨结节侧有骨刺~([3])。该病引起患者的就诊率占因足底症状就诊患者的11%—15%~([2])。文献报道的病因为足的生物
[Abstract]:Positive plantar fasciitis, also known as subcalcaneal pain, heel pain syndrome, runner heel (runner's sheel) ~ (1), is a muscle and ligament imbalance caused by improper involvement of the periosteum, resulting in soft tissue, chronic strain and local aseptic inflammation caused, In severe cases, local soft tissue thickening, adhesion, contracture or the formation of bone spines or morphologic changes caused by calcium salt deposition after blood leakage after local chronic injury could be seen in 50% of the patients with bone spines on the side of calcaneal nodules. The rate of treatment caused by the disease was 11- 15% in patients with plantar symptoms. The etiology reported in the literature is a sufficient organism.
