CC16在脓毒症大鼠心肌中的表达

【摘要】：目的观察Clara细胞分泌蛋白(Clara cell secretory 16-KD protein,CC16)在脓毒症大鼠心肌组织中的表达,探讨其在脓毒症心肌损伤发生机制中的作用。方法将40只健康雄性Wistar大鼠随机分为假手术组(SH组,n=20)及脓毒症组(CLP组,n=20),采用盲肠结扎穿孔法(CLP)制备脓毒症动物模型,24 h后,检测各组的血清脑钠肽(BNP)、肌钙蛋白I(cTnI)的水平,观察心肌组织病理变化及心肌组织CC16的表达水平。结果CLP组出现明显的心肌损伤,CLP组血清BNP、cTnI高于SH组(P0.01),心肌CC16低于SH组(P0.01)。结论 CC16在脓毒症大鼠心肌组织中表达下降,CC16可能在脓毒症心肌损伤发病机制中起重要作用。
[Abstract]:Objective To observe the expression of Clara cell secretory 16-KD protein (CC16) in the myocardial tissue of sepsis rats and to explore its role in the mechanism of myocardial injury in sepsis. Methods 40 healthy male Wistar rats were randomly divided into sham operation group (SH group, n=20) and sepsis group (CLP group, n=20), and ligation of the cecum. After 24 h, the serum brain natriuretic peptide (BNP) and the level of cardiac troponin I (cTnI) were detected by the perforation method (CLP). The pathological changes of myocardial tissue and the expression level of CC16 in myocardial tissue were observed. Results the CLP group had obvious myocardial injury, and the serum BNP in CLP group and cTnI were higher than that of SH group (P0.01). Conclusion the myocardium was lower than that of the CLP group.
