早期康复治疗联合电针对老年额颞部颅脑损伤患者执行功能的影响

【摘要】：目的探讨额颞部颅脑损伤患者应用早期综合康复联合电针治疗对执行功能的影响。方法选取2010年3月至2015年3月在海口市第三人民医院就诊的额颞部颅脑损伤患者82例,随机分为两组各41例。对照组给予一般康复治疗。观察组给予早期综合康复联合电针治疗。结果治疗8、12 w后,观察组持续性应答数(RP)少于对照组(P0.01)。治疗12 w后,观察组患者概念化水平百分数(RFP)高于对照组(P0.05)。治疗16 w后,观察组错误应答数(RE)、RP、非持续性错误(NRPE)都少于对照组(P0.01)。治疗16 w后,观察组画钟测验(CDT)、选择完成分类数(CC)、RFP都高于对照组(P0.01或P0.05)。观察组并发症发生率低于对照组(P0.05)。结论早期综合康复联合电针治疗额颞部颅脑损伤,能够有效促进患者执行功能恢复,降低患者并发症发生率。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of early comprehensive rehabilitation combined with electroacupuncture on executive function in patients with frontotemporal craniocerebral injury. Methods from March 2010 to March 2015, 82 patients with frontotemporal craniocerebral injury in Haikou third people's Hospital were randomly divided into two groups: 41 cases in each group. The control group was given general rehabilitation therapy. The observation group was treated with early comprehensive rehabilitation combined with electroacupuncture. Results after 812 weeks treatment, the number of persistent response (RP) in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P 0.01). After 12 weeks of treatment, the percentage of conceptualization level (RFP) in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P0.05). After 16 weeks of treatment, the number of error response (RE) and nonpersistent error (NRPE) in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P0.01). After 16 weeks of treatment, the CDT, CC and RFP in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P0.01 or P0.05). The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P0.05). Conclusion early comprehensive rehabilitation combined with electroacupuncture for frontotemporal craniocerebral injury can effectively promote the recovery of executive function and reduce the incidence of complications.
