血清miR-146a作为脓毒症诊断标记物的研究

【摘要】:目的:探讨miR-146a在脓毒症患者血清中的表达及诊断价值。方法:采集98例一般脓毒症患者、69例重症脓毒症患者及30例健康人血清,检测miR-146a的表达,ROC曲线分析miR-146a在脓毒症中的诊断意义。结果:miR-146a在健康组、一般脓毒症组与重症脓毒症组中的表达依次降低,ROC曲线分析表明miR-146a诊断脓毒症的曲线下面积为0.983,当miR-146a为0.805时诊断脓毒症的敏感度和特异性分别为0.967和0.940;其阳性预测值和阴性预测值分别为0.994和0.744。miR-146a诊断脓毒症严重程度的曲线下面积为0.943,miR-146a为0.530诊断脓毒症敏感度和特异性分别为0.796和0.986;其阳性预测值和阴性预测值分别为0.773和0.987。结论:miR-146a的表达可以作为脓毒症的早期诊断以及脓毒症严重程度的生物标志物。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the expression and diagnostic value of miR-146a in serum of sepsis patients. Methods: the serum samples of 69 patients with severe sepsis and 30 healthy subjects were collected from 98 patients with general sepsis and 30 healthy controls. The expression of miR-146a and miR-146a in sepsis were analyzed by ROC curve. Results: miR-146a was in the healthy group, The analysis of ROC curve showed that the area under the curve of miR-146a diagnosis of sepsis was 0.983, and the sensitivity and specificity of miR-146a were 0.967 and 0.940 respectively when miR-146a was 0.805. The area under the curve of 0.744.miR-146a was 0.943 miR-146a for the diagnosis of sepsis, the sensitivity and specificity for the diagnosis of sepsis were 0.796 and 0.986, the positive predictive value and negative predictive value were 0.773 and 0.987, respectively. Conclusion the expression of miR-146a can be used as a biomarker for the early diagnosis of sepsis and the severity of sepsis.
