丹红注射液联合尤瑞克林对急性脑梗死患者血清中VEGF及MMP-9表达水平的影响

【摘要】：目的分析丹红注射液联合尤瑞克林对急性脑梗死患者血清中血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)及基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)表达水平的影响。方法 68例急性脑梗死患者随机分组,各34例。对照组给予尤瑞克林,研究组给予尤瑞克林+丹红注射液,两组疗程均为3个月。统计疗效,检测对比血清中VEGF及MMP-9水平。结果研究组治疗有效率97.06%(33/34)高于对照组76.47%(26/34)(P0.05);治疗后两组VEGF水平均高于治疗前,MMP-9水平低于治疗前(P0.05),研究组VEGF水平高于对照组,MMP-9水平低于对照组(P0.05)。结论丹红注射液联合尤瑞克林可有效提高急性脑梗死患者血清中VEGF水平,降低MMP-9水平,提升治疗效果。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the effect of Danhong injection combined with eucrine on the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and matrix metalloproteinase-9 (MMP-9) in serum of patients with acute cerebral infarction. Methods 68 patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into 34 patients each. The control group was given eucrine and the study group was given eucrine red injection for 3 months. The serum VEGF and MMP-9 levels were measured and compared. Results the effective rate of treatment was 97.06% (33 / 34) in the study group and 76.47% (26 / 34) in the control group (P0.05), the level of VEGF in the two groups was higher than that before treatment (P0.05), and the level of VEGF in the study group was higher than that in the control group (P0.05). Conclusion Danhong injection combined with Uretrin can effectively increase the level of VEGF, decrease the level of MMP-9 and improve the therapeutic effect in patients with acute cerebral infarction.
