虎黄烧伤搽剂治疗烧伤患者的临床观察

【摘要】：目的:观察虎黄烧伤搽剂治疗烧伤患者的临床疗效及安全性。方法:选取门诊烧伤患者400例,按随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组,各200例。对照组患者创面清洗后,给予磺胺嘧啶银霜涂于创面,厚度0.15~0.30 mm,每日换药1次;治疗组患者给予虎黄烧伤搽剂每日涂搽创面1~3次。两组均用药至愈合为止。观察两组患者临床疗效、创面愈合时间及细菌感染率,采用视觉模拟(VAS)评分法评价患者疼痛程度,观察两组不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗组患者临床疗效、创面治愈时间及细菌感染率均显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。治疗前,两组患者VAS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P0.05);治疗后,两组患者VAS评分均明显降低,且治疗组明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P0.05)。两组患者均未见明显不良反应发生。结论:虎黄烧伤搽剂治疗烧伤疗效显著,能有效促进患者创面愈合,避免创面感染,并有较好的止痛效果,安全可靠。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Huhuang burn liniment in treating burn patients. Methods: 400 burn patients were randomly divided into control group and treatment group with 200 cases each. The patients in the control group were treated with silver sulfadiazine cream once a day after cleaning, and the patients in the treatment group were treated with Huhuang burn liniment for 1 and 3 times daily. Both groups were treated until healing. The clinical efficacy, wound healing time and bacterial infection rate were observed. The degree of pain was evaluated by visual analog (VAS) score, and the occurrence of adverse reactions in the two groups was observed. Results: the clinical efficacy, wound healing time and bacterial infection rate in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group (P0.05). Before treatment, there was no significant difference in VAS score between the two groups (P0.05); after treatment, the VAS score of the two groups were significantly lower than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P0.05). No significant adverse reactions occurred in both groups. Conclusion: Huhuang Burn Liniment is effective in treating burn wounds. It can effectively promote wound healing, avoid wound infection, and has good analgesic effect, and is safe and reliable.
