北京市朝阳区中小学校医应急教育现状及需求分析

【摘要】：目的了解北京市朝阳区中小学校医应急知识水平、应急教育需求,为改进应急教育提供依据。方法选取朝阳区所有公立中小学校,每个学校抽取一名校医进行问卷调查。结果 199人参加调查,男性112人(56.3%),女性87(43.7%)人;平均年龄(33.9±7.97)岁;文化程度以本科及以上为主,为81.8%。应急知识平均分为(0.73±0.15)分;其中火灾相关知识掌握最好,得分为(0.92±0.17)分,急救相关知识得分最低,为(0.06±0.13)分。女性在地震、传染病、食物中毒、急救相关知识方面得分均高于男性(P0.05)。应急教育需求主要为地震(83.9%)、交通事故(80.4%)、传染病(79.9%)、火灾(75.9%)和食物中毒(64.3%)等相关应急知识。结论朝阳区校医应急教育内容与需求基本一致,需提高培训/演练频次和扩展培训/演练内容。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the level of medical emergency knowledge and the demand of emergency education in primary and middle schools in Chaoyang District, Beijing, so as to provide basis for improving emergency education. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted in all public primary and secondary schools in Chaoyang District. Results there were 112 males (56.3%) and 87 females (43.7%), with an average age of (33.9 卤7.97) years. The average score of emergency knowledge was (0.73 卤0.15), and that of fire related knowledge was the best (0.92 卤0.17), and that of first-aid knowledge was the lowest (0.06 卤0.13). The scores of women in earthquake, infectious disease, food poisoning and first aid were higher than that in men (P0.05). The emergency education needs mainly included earthquake (83.9%), traffic accident (80.4%), infectious disease (79.9%), fire (75.9%) and food poisoning (64.3%). Conclusion the content of emergency education for school doctors in Chaoyang District is basically consistent with the demand, and the frequency of training / exercise should be increased and the contents of training / exercise should be expanded.
