红外热疗预防深二度烧伤创面铜绿假单胞菌感染的疗效
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the clinical effect of infrared hyperthermia on prevention of Pseudomonas aeruginosa infection in deep second degree burn wounds. Methods from January 2015 to October 2016, 43 patients with deep second degree burn were selected. Patients were randomly assigned to silver sulfadiazine combined with infrared hyperthermia group (test group) and silver sulfadiazine group (control group). The score of wound secretion, the culture of Pseudomonas aeruginosa, the rate of wound healing, the time of wound healing and the overall evaluation of wound were observed before and 28 days after treatment. At the same time, the adverse reactions were observed and analyzed statistically. Results (1) there was no significant difference in age, sex and total burn area between the two groups (P0.05). On the 14th day, the score of wound secretion was (2.3 卤0.6) 卤0.5 卤1.0 卤0.6, which was significantly lower than that in the routine treatment group (2.8 卤0.4 卤2.1 卤0.71.7 卤0.7) (P0.05). Before treatment and on the 21st day of treatment, the scores of wound secretion in the two groups were similar. (3) the positive rate of Pseudomonas aeruginosa in the test group was 8 / 22 / 226 / 22 / 22 on day 7, 14 and 21, respectively. Compared with the control group (18 / 21, 15 / 21, 4 / 21) (P0.05). (4), the wound healing rate in the experimental group was (39.2 卤11.1)%, (71.3 卤22.0)%, (94.6 卤7.3)%, respectively. It was higher than the control group [(22.9 卤13.1)%, (54.8 卤19.9)%, (87.6 卤9.8)%]. The wound healing time in the test group [(21.1 卤6.5) days] was significantly shorter than that in the control group [(26.2 卤6.5) days]. (5) the overall evaluation of treatment in the experimental group was better than that in the control group on the 14th and 21st days after treatment (P0.05). Conclusion Infrared hyperthermia can effectively control the infection of Pseudomonas aeruginosa by reducing the secretion of deep second degree burn wound, which can help the wound healing and shorten the healing time.
