急性脑梗死患者心率震荡与心率变异性的关系

【摘要】：目的观察急性脑梗死患者心率震荡(HRT)与心率变异性(HRV)的相关性。方法选择40例急性脑梗死患者和20例存在室性早搏但无器质性心脏病的患者(对照组)进行24 h动态心电图检查,40例急性脑梗死患者中最终纳入20例符合HRT分析条件者(观察组),分析比较两组HRT[震荡初始(TO)、震荡斜率(TS)]及HRV指标[间期标准差(SDNN)、24 h内连续5 min节段平均正常R-R间距标准差(SDANN)、连续正常R-R间距差的均方根(r MSSD)、两个相邻R-R间距标准差≥50 ms的心搏数占所分析信息间期内心搏数的百分比(PNN50)、低频功率(LF)、高频功率(HF)、低频功率/高频功率(LF/HF)]。采用Pearson参数线性相关分析方法分析HRT与HRV各指标的相关性。结果观察组TO高于对照组(P0.05),观察组TS、SDANN均低于对照组(P均0.05)。观察组中TO与LF、LF/HF、TS呈负相关(r分别为-0.545、-0.511、-0.801,P均0.05),TS与SDNN、LF、LF/HF呈正相关(r分别为0.446、0.567、0.582,P均0.05)。结论急性脑梗死患者HRV降低时,HRT减弱,提示其心脏自主神经功能存在严重损害。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the relationship between (HRT) and HRV (HRV) in patients with acute cerebral infarction.
