【摘要】：正患者男,61岁,因"言语不清伴左侧肢体无力20余天"于2014年2月13日收入山东省千佛山医院。患者表现为耳聋、言语不清、眩晕不敢睁眼。体格检查:意识清楚,精神差;言语欠清晰流利;双侧瞳孔不等大,左侧直径约3 mm,右侧直径约4 mm,直接和间接对光反射灵敏,眼睑无下垂,双侧眼球向各个方向运动灵活,双眼无眼震;双侧鼻唇沟对称,伸舌、示齿、鼓腮等不能合作;双耳听力明显下降。感觉系统检查不合作。右侧肢体肌
[Abstract]:The patient, 61, was admitted to Qianfoshan Hospital of Shandong Province on February 13, 2014 because of "inarticulate speech with left limb weakness for more than 20 days".
