ATP生物荧光检测法对重症医学科环境清洁质量的干预效果

【摘要】:目的了解ATP生物荧光检测法对重症医学科(ICU)环境清洁质量的干预效果。方法2013年12月—2014年2月对某院ICU物体表面进行基线检测,然后采用ATP生物荧光检测法对ICU物体表面进行检测并进行干预,评价干预后环境清洁质量。结果基线调查共采样627份,合格384份,合格率61.2%,其中床栏头端、电话按键、门把手、电脑鼠标相对光单位(RLU)中位数300。干预前、中、后ICU物体表面清洁合格率分别为61.2%、76.6%、90.0%(χ~2=142.23,P0.001);干预后ICU工作环境、主要仪器设备、其他医疗器具清洁合格率分别为85.5%、98.3%、92.6%,均高于干预前(分别为48.8%、84.4%、69.1%)(均P0.05)。结论 ATP生物荧光法能简便、快捷的检测消毒效果,有助于ICU及时有效地干预,提高环境清洁合格率。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of ATP bioluminescence detection on environmental cleaning quality of (ICU) in severe medical sciences. Methods from December 2013 to February 2014, the surface of ICU object in a hospital was detected by baseline, then the surface of ICU object was detected by ATP bioluminescence detection method and intervened to evaluate the clean quality of the environment after intervention. Results A total of 627 samples were collected from baseline survey, 384 of which were qualified, and the qualified rate was 61.2%. The median (RLU) of bedbar, telephone button, door handle and computer mouse relative to light unit was 300. 3%. Before and after intervention, the eligible rates of ICU surface cleaning were 61.2%, 76.6% and 90.0% respectively (蠂 ~ 2 / 142.23, P0.001). After intervention, the qualified rates of ICU working environment, main equipment and other medical devices were 85.5%, 98.3% and 92.6% respectively, which were higher than those before intervention (48.8%, 84.4%, 69.1% respectively) (all P0.05). Conclusion ATP bioluminescence method can detect the disinfection effect easily and quickly. It is helpful for ICU to intervene in time and improve the qualified rate of environmental cleaning.
